Gadget Pro Parts Warranty and Return Policy

Gadget Pro Parts offers a LIFETIME WARRANTY for ALL of our parts. We will gladly accept any defective parts that have not been damaged. Please return items with all original packaging, protective films and product labels.

In the event you need to return any items, simply download and complete the RMA Form. Please print and include the form with the return merchandise and upload your digital version here. Once submitted, we will email a prepaid shipping label. You should provide detailed information as to what particular problem or defect each part may exhibit. "Defective", "Doesn't work" or "Bad" are not adequate descriptions. Providing specific and accurate information helps us process your return quicker.  In addition, please take care to use the bottom portion of the product label affixed to every item you need to return. Once completed, pack the returns carefully.

Within 24 hours of receipt of your returns and subsequent approval, we will post a store credit to your account. The credit amount may be based on purchase price or current price. You will be able to apply this store credit to your next purchase. We do not provide financial refunds for returned goods.

All warranty claims should be mailed within 7 days of requesting a return. Upon receipt of claimed items, we will inspect the parts for defects and damage. If we find that the parts were received defective or incorrectly due to no fault of our customer, we shall apply credit immediately. If upon careful and professional inspection, the returned parts are found to have been damaged after delivery or subsequent to return, or are found not to be defective, it is the customers responsibility to pay return freight back to their location, should they choose. Though we may not be able to issue full credit for these items we can provide you with any applicable recycle credit at your discretion. If you opt to have any non-credited parts returned to you, please note that we can only hold parts for 14 days after your RMA has been denied. After this period all returned parts are liquidated at the customer's loss. Unwanted items are subject to a 20% processing fee plus the cost of shipping and handling. Merchandise must be in unused condition only. Any parts without Gadget Pro Parts markings or stickers will not be considered for warranty purposes. Though we may not be able to issue full credit for items which are not covered by our policy, you may still ship these items to us for evaluation and recycle credit. RMA and Recycle can be shipped together, however, these screens must be clearly marked by bundling them separately or placing them in a box within the box. Please take care to package carefully as to avoid any damage during shipping. 

Customers must notify us of any order discrepancy within seven (7) days from the invoice date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly. A return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) may be required. PLEASE NOTE: A Return Authorization Number does not imply that credit will be issued, it is only an authorization to return a product to us for evaluation. We reserve the right to reject any return based on its condition or non-compliance with our return policy. The lifetime warranty applies to existing customers. If you are no longer purchasing the same or similar amount of products with us, the warranty period is only extended for 60 days.

If we find that any customer or company is abusing our generous warranty and return policy we will be forced to apply stricter policies to those abusive parties.
